Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a skilled Mobile Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing OEM class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles in the field. You will operate a service truck to remote or customer worksites, ensuring professional quality detail and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. A Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician or Commercial Transport (Truck and Transport Mechanic) certification is required. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment, with a Class 5 driver's license and Class 1, Class 3, and MVI Certifications being a bonus. We offer a competitive base hourly wage of $54/hr, shift premiums, and overtime pay, as well as accrued vacation time, a comprehensive benefit package, and employer RRSP matching plan.
