- Product Ownership: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the biopharma or healthcare industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Canadian biopharma landscape, Patient Support Programs, Specialty pharmacies, infusion clinics, technology solutions for physicians, and general healthcare industry is a definite asset.
- Project Management: Experienced in managing end-to-end delivery of Data and Analytics products.
- Requirements Translation: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
- Project Complexity: Capable of managing projects requiring specialized knowledge in client-facing Data and Analytics solutions.
- Customer Experience: Possesses a strong understanding of end-to-end customer experience related to product integration and related dependencies across the portfolio of Data and Analytics products.
