Job Title: Project Manager Leader

Join Randstad Canada as a Project Manager Leader and take on a challenging role that requires extensive knowledge of current and emerging 9-1-1 technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering project deliverables that meet business needs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver extensive knowledge of current and emerging 9-1-1 technologies to meet needs identified by the PSAP user community.
  • Direct project teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs and standards.
  • Run large-scale infrastructure and network projects and initiatives of a highly technical nature.
  • Work with multiple stakeholder groups to coordinate timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risk events and issues before they occur.
  • Promote I&IT project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies.
  • Establish and participate in steering committee and stakeholder forums.
  • Provide project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior executive levels.
  • Sources, selects, and on-boards team members in various disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience with systems analysis and design methods and techniques.
  • Experience with testing and implementation methods and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects that involve system vendor management, issues management, and system integration.
  • Experience monitoring CRQs (change requests) and providing incident briefings to management and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies and tools.
  • Project Management experience and use of Project Management software.
  • Experience engaging and managing vendor relationships.
