Job Title: Project Manager Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager Leader to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, project schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Manage project teams, including project managers, team leaders, and project coordinators.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, financial reports, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality risks.
  • Develop and implement project communication plans, including stakeholder engagement, project updates, and issue management.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met, including project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, and Jira.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices, including project scope, schedule, budget, and quality management.
