Job SummaryWe're seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, and you'll play a key role in setting the tone for a positive dining experience. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and preparing tables for service.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and manage reservations
- Prepare tables for service
- Manage the flow of the dining room
- Keep track of guest flow in and out of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
