Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Grace International Market. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following established recipes and customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Inspect and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen and food service areas.
- Organize and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and dependability in maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
