Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative to join our team at Conexus Credit Union in the Prince Albert branch. As a member-service ambassador, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members' immediate needs.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and assisting with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, and withdrawals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with banking services and products
  • Proactively identify and respond to members' needs to empower them to achieve their financial goals
  • Learn additional aspects of branch actions to help fill in any gaps on a day-to-day basis
  • Uncover opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in providing customer service
  • Experience in cash handling
