Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location. Job Description
A Mitigation Labour Tech with Paul Davis serves as a critical member of our team, responsible for stabilizing properties affected by disasters. This involves taking moisture readings, placing equipment, manipulating contents, and working closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively through modern technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. You must be fluent in English, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be able to lift 75 pounds frequently. Additionally, you should have the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and be committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
