Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brooks Grocery. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 35 hours per week.
