- This is a full-time position that requires 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administrative support.
- You will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, scheduling appointments, answering electronic enquiries, greeting people, and setting up information filing systems.
- Your technical knowledge should include MS Excel and MS Office.
- Additionally, you should have business terminology knowledge and area of specialization in correspondence, reports, and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments and events.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other electronic communications.
- Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- You must be available to work on-site and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are necessary.
Working Conditions:
- Work will be completed on-site at our store location.
- Public transportation is available nearby.
