Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1429176 Alberta Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
