Sales Team Lead

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales teams are working efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and easily accessible.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
As a Sales Supervisor at Alberta Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
