Marine Engineering Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Marine Engineering Instructor to join our team at the Marine Institute. The successful candidate will provide instruction in the Diploma of Marine Engineering Technology and other Transport Canada Certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver course materials and curriculum
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
  • Work with industry partners to ensure program relevance
  • Advise students on work placement opportunities and career options
  • Participate in the development of online courses
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the marine transportation industry
  • Transport Canada Certificate of Competency at the First-Class Engineer level
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant area to maritime studies
