Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician to join our team at Go Time Energy Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our heavy-duty equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Inspect Equipment: Diagnose faults and malfunctions in heavy-duty equipment using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Document Maintenance: Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
  • Test and Inspect Repaired Equipment: Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturers' specifications and is safe for operation.
  • Clean and Lubricate Equipment: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment to prevent wear and tear.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Driver's License (Class 1 or A), Driver's License (Class 3 or D), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment requiring attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to lift heavy loads.
