This position is responsible for developing and leading a team of skilled maintenance professionals to achieve exceptional equipment reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance team members.
- Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to drive equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
