Truck Dispatcher Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Gill Sons Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Time Sheet Management: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Work Record Maintenance: Maintain work records and logs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Issue Resolution: Follow up on issues with work orders, resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Shipment Tracking: Keep track of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Possess knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Vehicle Operations: Maintain vehicle operator work records, ensuring accurate tracking of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Radio Operations: Operate radio equipment, facilitating communication with drivers and other team members.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
