Job Title: Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Lawn 'N' Order. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are minimized while maintaining high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
