Job Title: Landscape Supervisor

Lawn 'N' Order is seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services.

Job Summary:

The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of grounds maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time. This includes planning and directing grounds maintenance activities, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, and mowing.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Monitor and control costs, and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the landscaping or grounds maintenance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising a team and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
