Building Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Building Operations Coordinator to join our team at Crystal Clean Building Services Ltd.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and supervise cleaning staff effectively.
You will be responsible for coordinating activities, inspecting sites, and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to establish work schedules and provide assistance to cleaners as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
