LAZEEZ SHAWARMA Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at LAZEEZ SHAWARMA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective restaurant management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
