About the Role

We are looking for a talented Wave Desk Analyst to contribute to the success of our Contract Logistics team in Edmonton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal and external customers receive excellent service levels.

Key Accountabilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders and shipments
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role from a warehousing or distribution environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
