Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inbound deliveries and ensure timely follow-up to guarantee quality information across data platforms.
  • Analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and develop projects to advance systems infrastructure, tools, and processes.
  • Design and implement effective tools and processes to track, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure efficient logistics chain and on-time delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate logistics with external vendors and communicate shipping status with internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and expedite logistics processes experiencing delays or problems.
  • Analyze freight variations, in-transit stock, lay-can, fixed, and variable cost deviations.
  • Ensure the flow of critical documentation at each stage within the supply chain.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Computer Programming, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience in logistics, data/business analytics, and/or project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Access, and other Microsoft Office applications.
