Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $39,200 and $43,680 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and the current hourly rate of $19.00-$21.00.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Co-Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of online and dealer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Fulfill online and dealer orders within 24 hours or 48 hours respectively, with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
  • Manage inventory levels, including checking incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and condition.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor manuals and assist with providing paperwork and labels for timely shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and provide assistance as needed.
  • Improve warehouse organization and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse principles and procedures.
  • Excellent shipping software and shipping skills.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise-level ERP software assets.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the water sports or outdoor industry (an asset).
