Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Lead to join our team at Metro. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve operational objectives and improve overall efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • A strong understanding of inventory management, transportation logistics, and supply chain optimization

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
