About the Role

Sanjeev Sony Aggarwal is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and companionship to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Companionship: Engage in activities that promote social interaction, such as conversation, reading, or watching movies, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account our clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing medication, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
