About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Carolyn Holloway. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, laundry, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and overall well-being.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
