About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QC Department and team at Elevate RS Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of the QC Department, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement procedural development and maintenance of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Schedule QC team according to capacity requirements and manage monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in quality management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
- Ability to examine welds and ensure they meet standards and specifications.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
