  • Support the youth wellness centre drop-in from 3-7 on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with the potential for additional drop-in shifts.
  • Directly engage external stakeholders in the design and promotion of housing and life skills content, and generate support for outreach across the unit.
  • Track all registrants and attendees, and ensure that all tracking documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and that data for programs, events, and workshops are uploaded into CRM 2.0.
  • Support data interpretation and contribute content for reports for funders.
  • Support, encourage, and model a healthy youth culture that focuses on strong social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
  • Share information and supports about other programs and services at WoodGreen that are relevant to the specific needs of the client.
  • Participate in staff meetings and consultations as needed and/or required.
  • Attend committee meetings to collaborate with agency partners as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating workshops, seminars, and classrooms, specifically with an emphasis on housing and general life skills.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting healthy, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting and encouraging tolerance and acceptance across diverse communities from an anti-oppressive and anti-racist perspective.
  • Transferable knowledge in building strong, collaborative teams that work together cohesively.
