Administrative Officer

MASKEEN CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
- Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure. The candidate must have strong attention to detail and be organized and reliable.
