About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced AML Director to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key risk management professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring corporate initiatives and lines of business processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide compliance advice to lines of business as a subject matter expert
  2. Develop and lead department training programs
  3. Evaluate Internal Audit, Regulatory Exam, and self-identified issues for compliance impacts
  4. Assist lines of business in the development and maintenance of the Compliance Program
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance or general regulatory compliance
  2. 5 years of experience supporting internal business clients in commercial banking or financial services industry
  3. Bachelor's degree or military experience
Benefits
