Administrative Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team at SaskIT Inc.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Lead Administrative Functions: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Team Management: Supervise and train staff members to optimize performance and productivity.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior management, colleagues, and external partners.
- Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and implement office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately record and update data, maintaining organized and secure records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Private Sector Experience: Proven experience working in a private sector environment
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Google Docs, and other relevant software
- Language: Fluency in English
