This administrative clerk position is available at 5AAB CONSTRUCTION LTD.


The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.


About the Role



  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and preparing documents.
  • Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and forward them to the relevant department or person.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Prepare and format page presentations, compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare invoices and bank deposits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Organize and schedule office work, monitor contracts and budgets, and store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • Work in a fast-paced office environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Utilize computer software and equipment to perform duties efficiently.

About You



  • You have a secondary school graduation certificate and some experience in an administrative role would be an asset.
  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have basic knowledge of accounting software.
  • You are detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when performing tasks.
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic office environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
