Quality Assurance Analyst, Commercial Mortgage Operations

About the Role:
- Conduct thorough reviews of commercial mortgage files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to enhance quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality control guidelines.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance procedures.
- Assist with external audits and information requests related to operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze commercial mortgage file documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with file documentation.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality control guidelines.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance procedures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
