Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing and delivering complex water and wastewater projects, with a focus on pipeline, pump station, and reservoir design and construction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary project teams, with experience in planning, engineering, and construction administration. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a high level of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, budget, and schedule, as well as ensuring compliance with contract terms and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver water infrastructure projects, including pipeline, pump station, and reservoir design and construction
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians
  • Develop and manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements
  • Provide technical and business leadership to project teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in water infrastructure project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer or eligibility for registration with PEO
  • Strong technical and business skills, with experience in project management, planning, and engineering
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
