Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join our Design + Innovation team, responsible for visualizing and crafting the future of hardware/software interactions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build harmonious software and hardware solutions, creating industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and collaborate on short- and long-term goals.
- Working with research teams to capture customer needs and integrate user feedback into design-centered solutions.
- Crafting industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in hardware/software design or user experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
It would be great if you have:
- An excellent portfolio showcasing hardware and software interactions, product concepts, user interface mockups, and prototypes.
- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations when designing for platforms like desktop and mobile (Windows & Android).
- Experience building and managing relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint), Adobe CS (Photoshop & Illustrator), Figma, Axure, XD, etc.
- Ability to travel to international sites.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
