Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase General and Specialized Equipment, Materials, or Business Services: Identify and procure high-quality goods and services to meet our business needs.
- Assess Requirements and Develop Specifications: Work with stakeholders to determine requirements and develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Negotiate Offers and Contracts: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
- Manage Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of goods and services to ensure timely and efficient receipt.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- Valid Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a procurement or related role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week.
