Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at 2696214 Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase General and Specialized Equipment, Materials, or Business Services: Identify and procure high-quality goods and services to meet our business needs.
- Assess Requirements and Develop Specifications: Analyze our operational needs and develop detailed specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
- Negotiate Offers and Consult with Suppliers: Engage with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and terms for our business.
- Manage Contracts and Deliveries: Oversee the awarding of contracts, establish delivery schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain strong relationships.
- Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence to facilitate travel and transportation needs.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a procurement or related role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week.
