Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase General and Specialized Equipment, Materials, or Business Services: Identify and procure high-quality goods and services to meet our business needs.
- Assess Requirements and Develop Specifications: Work with stakeholders to understand our requirements and develop detailed specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Negotiate Offers and Contracts: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms for our business.
- Manage Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of goods and services to ensure timely and efficient receipt.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week.
