About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a M365 Development Specialist at WSP Canada. As a key member of our Information Management team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support and Collaboration
    • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 systems, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on the use of Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Business Requirements Gathering and Solution Design
    • Gather and document business requirements from clients, and design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions to meet their needs.
    • Utilize tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps to design and implement solutions.
  • Content Migration and Management
    • Analyze client information and content, and plan and execute the migration of content from various sources.
    • Develop and implement information management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development
    • Deliver formal and informal training to clients on the use of Microsoft 365 solutions.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure clients have the necessary skills to effectively use Microsoft 365 solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT or Engineering.
    • 7+ years of business analysis experience, with a focus on information management and collaboration projects.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Experience with Microsoft cloud-based collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
    • Experience configuring and deploying Office 365 productivity applications.
    • Strong documentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
