Your Role

As a Developer specializing in Power Platform and M365 at Softchoice, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the enterprise-level adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform. Your skills will be vital in enhancing our Workplace Transformation Team and delivering impactful solutions tailored to our clients' business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the effective use of Microsoft Power Platform to meet their current and future needs
  • Leverage M365 for integration in Insights, Data Engineering, and Analytics
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to produce high-quality solutions
  • Implement solutions in accordance with best practices and methodologies
  • Engage in discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Educate client end-users and junior staff on Power Platform development techniques
  • Assist project managers in client status reporting
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and enhancements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Power Platform, C#, SharePoint Online, or related technologies
  • Practical experience with Power Platform projects and application deployment
  • Familiarity with Power Fx language and best development practices
  • Understanding of Dataverse and data connectors
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor team members
  • Interest in Microsoft Copilot and AI/ML solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and Power Virtual Agents
  • Interest in AI/ML driven data solutions
