About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Soulful Yog. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
  • Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Language and Work Term
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
