About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Soulful Yog. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments, and monitor mobile radio or telephone communications.
  • Communication: Provide directory assistance, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
