About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Soulful Yog. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Clients

Our ideal candidate will be able to greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and provide basic information as needed.

Record and Relay Information

You will be responsible for recording and relaying important information to clients and the public, ensuring that all communication is accurate and timely.

Schedule and Confirm Appointments

Our Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that all clients are aware of their scheduled times and any necessary details.

Perform Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and filing, to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

Monitor and Respond to Client Needs

Our ideal candidate will be able to monitor client needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.

Work Experience

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Language

Fluency in English is required for this role, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Work Environment

Our Receptionist will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
