Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and ensure timely completion
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the movement of supplies and materials
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including warehouse and production units
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Organize warehouse and work areas, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Perform general office duties, including preparing and submitting reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
