Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Servetronics Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments
  • Track and complete work orders, and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, and maintain work records and logs
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment, and maintain vehicle operator work records
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
