About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Specialist to join our Commerce and Affiliate Team. In this role, you will manage affiliate links in our consumer recommendations vertical, which includes books, fashion, beauty, home goods, kids, technology, travel, health, and more. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of affiliate commerce, SEO best practices, and digital publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage high-quality consumer recommendation content, ensuring it is optimized for affiliate commerce opportunities.
  • Format articles that cover a variety of product categories, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and helpfulness.
  • Apply SEO best practices to all content, driving organic traffic and improving content performance.
  • Monitor affiliate data, revenue reports, and site analytics to inform content strategy and improve results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop shopping guides and promotional content.
  • Develop and manage a calendar to maintain a steady flow of content.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging consumer needs, and competitive landscapes to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Work with marketing and audience teams to promote content and optimize audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in affiliate commerce.
  • Proven experience working with commerce content, preferably in consumer recommendations or related media.
  • Expertise in SEO, with the ability to implement best practices to maximize affiliate content visibility.
  • Strong proofreading and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with site analytics and purchasing data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, testing, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
