Customer Success Manager

Highspot is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and customer adoption.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and scalability within the Customer Success organization.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with SaaS businesses, metrics, goals, and challenges.
