Customer Success Manager

Highspot is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to customer-facing teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Highspot's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform customer success strategies.
