Machining Specialist

About Cyclone Manufacturing Inc.
We are seeking an experienced Machining Specialist to join our team in the aviation and aerospace manufacturing sector. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand specifications and tolerances
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances
- Verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Set up and operate milling machines and use Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines with ease
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in machining or a related field
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Criminal record check and reliable transportation required
Benefits:
