Job Summary:

As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed, assisting in developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring residents' health status, and reporting any changes to the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
  • Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
